Filipino Restaurants Network (FRN) Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 August 2025

FRN offers digital products, advertising, and other paid services through its platform.

1. Digital Products / Downloads

  • All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Please review product details carefully before purchase.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical issues preventing access, or if otherwise required by law.

2. Advertising & Marketing Services

  • Fees for premium listings, claimed listings, subscription plans, Pay-Per-Lead, or other marketing services are non-refundable once purchased.
  • All payments for restaurant and/or event listings are considered final. Refunds may not be issued should you fail to verify your ownership or authority to transact for the business involved. Please ensure that all information provided during the claim and verification processes is accurate.
  • Requests for refunds due to technical issues or service access problems may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Future Paid Services

  • As FRN adds new paid features or services, the non-refundable policy will apply unless explicitly stated otherwise.
